Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order ships.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of GloGentle Esthetics’ control. We recommend allowing additional time for delivery during periods of high shipping volume.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, GloGentle Esthetics is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package appears to be delayed or missing, please use the tracking information provided and contact USPS directly for assistance.
